SuperSense is an AI-powered content automation platform for WordPress. The Service provides tools for generating, managing, and publishing content to WordPress websites. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SuperSense and its licensors. Content you generate using the Service belongs to you. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You retain all rights to the content you create and publish to your WordPress sites using our Service.

Some aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. If we change pricing for a service to which you are subscribed, we will notify you in advance.

In no event shall SuperSense, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SuperSense makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to delete your account. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SuperSense operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
